My Booking

Terms And Conditions

Small Children

The Larches has steps and retaining walls between the different levels near the house as well as ponds at the front of the house, for this reason we do not think it is a suitable place for small children.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome in The Motor House.

Payment

You can settle your bill in cash or payment can be made in advance by bank transfer. We also accept most credit and debit cards. When booking we might ask for a deposit of 50% of the total charge, the balance being due on the day of arrival.

CCTV

There are discreet CCTV Cameras on and around the house – We have these installed as from time to time we have cars parked here which have extreme value and their owners appreciate the extra peace of mind that this added security measure provides them with. The recordings are wiped automatically after a time and are never looked at. They only ever will be examined if we ever have any problems, which so far has never happened.

Disabled Access:

Due to the style and design of The Motor House and grounds, in particular the different levels outside, we do not think that the holiday let with the internal spiral staircase is suitable for wheelchair users.

Smoking:

The Holiday let is a non-smoking house. If you wish to smoke outside, we can provide you with an ashtray. Also we do not allow open flames including candles in the rooms for fire safety reasons.

Arrival and Departure times:

Guests should arrive between 4 pm and 8 pm. If you need to arrive outside these hours please let us know in advance and we will try to make alternative arrangements. We ask that guests vacate their rooms by 10.30 am on the day of departure.

Liability

We do our absolute best to ensure that our guest’s vehicles and belongings in general are safe whilst on our premises, but we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage unless directly caused by ourselves.
